Easiest orange and carrot juice recipe
Although it may not seem like it, you can get more nutrients and defence from orange juice, just by adding a carrot. Here's how to make this delicious and nourishing wonder.
- 2 juice oranges
- 2 carrots
- 1 glass cold water
- peppermint leaves
Wash the carrot well, then peel it and cut it into pieces.
Squeeze the oranges and squeeze the juice out of them.
Peel the ginger peel and cut two small slices.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend everything very well.
Strain and serve the juice. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy.
