Homemade smooth and creamy mayonnaise recipe
Mayonnaise isn't difficult to prepare. You might be wondering how to make homemade mayonnaise and the answer is simple: follow this recipe and you'll have always this delicious, smooth and creamy sauce.
- 200 ml Olive oil or sunflower oil
- 1 egg
- lemon juice or vinegar
We put the egg in a beater.
Add a pinch of salt and add all the oil.
Carefully put the blender in the mixer and place it at the bottom of the container. Once there, start beating on low speed for 10 seconds.
Continue whisking so that the homemade mayonnaise emulsifies.
After about 5 seconds more, make upward and downward movements with the mixer while we keep on beating.
After a few seconds, we will have our homemade mayonnaise. Add a little lemon juice or vinegar and it's ready!
