The best, delicious and crunchy cookies recipe
Cookies come in thousands of shapes, flavours, ingredients, and recipes. However, the secret to having the best cookies is their texture. The real biscuits are those with a rich flavour and a crunchy texture. This recipe is simple and super tasty!
- 330 g self-rising flour
- 55 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 200 g sugar
- 50 ml oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 10 ml vanilla essence
In a large bowl, put the eggs.
Add oil and sugar.
Whisk well until you have a homogeneous and smooth texture.
Add milk and vanilla extract.
Add the flour and baking powder.
Mix well until obtaining a sticky dough.
Add flour and knead until the dough can be handled without sticking.
Form small balls with your hand and flatten them a little.
Put baking paper or silicone on a baking plate or oven rack. Then, place the biscuits on it.
Preheat the oven to 180Cº and bake for 10-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool down. Serve and eat the best crispy and fresh biscuits!
