The most delicious homemade Hasselback potatoes recipe
This is a popular Swedish recipe for oven-roasted potatoes that are cut up and topped with butter and other seasonings. They are the perfect accompaniment to roast meats, poultry or baked fish dishes.
- 4 potato
- olive oil
- coarse salt
- black pepper
- fresh thyme
Wash the potatoes well and dry them. Then, make cuts along the entire length of the potato without cutting all the way through.
Drizzle with a little olive oil, and add a pinch of salt, black pepper and a few thyme leaves.
Add a little butter to each potato.
Bake at 200ºC for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown.
