Easy and tasty salt and pepper squid recipe
Squid is one of the favourite seafood ever. This easy recipe teaches how to make a tasty salt and pepper squid. Don't miss it!
- rapeseed oil
- 500 g cleaned and cut squid
- 250 g self-rising flour
- 1⁄2 spoon salt
- 1⁄2 spoon garlic powder
- 0.125 spoon ground black pepper
- 1 lemon cut
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, add 7 cm of oil and bring to 175 C.
Combine flour, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a large bowl.
Toss the squid pieces in the flour and then in the hot oil.
Fry the squid for 1-2 minutes.
Remove and place on a tray to drain.
Serve with lemon slices.
