- 1 sweet corn
- 50 g feta
- 20 g butter
- black pepper
- 1 lime or lemon
- olive oil
Cut the corn into quarters.
Use a sharp knife, it is usually quite hard and can be a little difficult.
Place the corn in a pot of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from the water and drain.
Place olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the corn again for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
