Healthy and vegan Protein balls recipe
This snack satisfies the craving for sweets and contains many nutrients such as fibre, minerals and vegetable protein. The energy balls are sweetened with dates, which have hardly any fat but are rich in vitamins and minerals.

High-protein meals for vegetarians, vegans, and weight watchers
- 200 g Medjool dates
- 90 g almond
- 40 g gluten-free rolled oats
- 40 g grated coconut
- 2 tablespoon sunflower protein powder or oatmeal
- 2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 3 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon liquid coconut oil
- Desiccated coconut for rolling
Chop the oats and almonds in the food processor.
Add the remaining ingredients and grind to a doughy mass.
Remove portions from the dough with a small spoon and form them into balls
Roll balls in grated coconut. Then, refrigerate balls for 1 hour to set.
Store protein balls in the refrigerator or freeze them for a long time. Enjoy anytime!
