Healthy green smoothie recipe
A green smoothie is a perfect detoxifier. It helps to keep the body light, it's healthy and gives you more energy. This recipe is simple, quick and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Healthy spinach recipes (including what goes well with spinach)
- 500 ml water
- 50 g spinach
- 1⁄3 green apple
- 1⁄2 salad cucumber
- 2 kale leaves
- 140 g courgette
- 170 g broccoli
- 1⁄2 green bell pepper
- 4 limes
Cut the kale into strips. Dice the courgette, cucumber and green pepper. Peel and chop the apple.
Remove the stem from the broccoli.
Add everything to a bowl and add the spinach leaves.
Add the chopped vegetables, squeezed lime juice and water to the blender. Blend everything.
Serve the detox smoothie and garnish with celery and carrots.
