Healthy spinach recipes (including what goes well with spinach)
- 3 handfuls spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 egg
- 1 onion
- mozzarella cheese
- 0 black pepper
Cut the onion and cheese into small pieces. Set these aside.
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, a little basil and turmeric.
Wilt the spinach in a little olive oil in a pan.
In a baking pan, pour olive oil and throw in the onion and spinach.
Add the cheese and finally pour the egg slowly. You can sprinkle a pinch of basil on top, or maybe a little more cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 35 minutes.
