Puffy dogs with camembert baked dipping ring recipe
This recipe goes beyond ordinary puffy dogs because it has a baked dipping ring with camembert. That's why everyone loves it! You get the sausages and the dip in one place. Learn how to prepare it here.
- 375 g puff pastry
- camembert cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 400 g cocktail sausages
- 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
- spoon egg mixed with a of milk
Cut the puff pastry in half and cut a circle from each half.
Put one circle on the greaseproof paper and put it on the baking sheet.
Cut the top of the Camembert cheese, and put it in the centre of the puff pastry. Then, cut upwards.
Sprinkle the cheese with chopped garlic and parsley and cover with the cut top of the cheese.
Take the second circle of puff pastry and cover the whole thing by pressing the sides against the cheese. Notch the sides every 5 cm. Arrange the cocktail sausages slightly diagonally and roll the first layer inside. Do the same with the second layer, at the end of rolling, slightly lift the first layer.
Brush with egg and sesame seeds. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Cut off the top of the dough over the cheese, remove it with the top of the cheese cut off, tear off one sausage at a time, dip it in the cheese and enjoy the taste. Serve hot.
