- boneless chicken thighs
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pita bread
- tzatziki sauce
- Chopped parsley
- 1⁄2 l water
- 2 bay leaves
- 1⁄2 Cup Fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 11⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon Peppercorns
- 1⁄2 lemon
Peel and chop the garlic and set aside.
Pour half a litre of water and the juice of half a lemon into a large saucepan. Add the bay leaf, fresh parsley, thyme, honey, salt, garlic and peppercorns. Bring to boil for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool for about 30 minutes.
