The most delicious and easiest Viennese schnitzel
Viennese schnitzel can be made with veal, pork or even chicken. The preparation is exactly the same for both meats. It is a very simple recipe, made with basic ingredients, and is liked by almost everyone.
- 1 kg beef or pork loin
- Wheat flour
- boiled potatoes
- Fresh parsley
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- black pepper
Put the pieces of meat in a bag and crush them with a kitchen mallet.
Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Coat each fillet in flour, shaking off the excess.
Coat the fillet in a beaten egg.
Coat the fillet in breadcrumbs.
Fry in a frying pan with plenty of extra virgin olive oil.
When it is golden brown, turn it over so that it cooks on the other side. Then leave on kitchen paper to drain the excess oil.
Serve immediately with the side dish of your choice! Potato salad with parsley is ideal for Viennese schnitzel.
