The most delicious mushroom soup recipe

- 250 g mushroom
- 35 g self-rising flour
- 100 g onion
- 750 ml chicken or vegetable stock
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- black pepper
Wash and slice the mushrooms.
Wash and cut the onion into small cubes.
In a saucepan, add the onion.
When transparent, add the mushrooms and cook for five minutes.
Add the salt, pepper and flour. Stir until the ingredients are integrated.
Add the stock and stir.
Cover and cook for ten minutes.
Use the food processor to cream the soup.
When is creamy, cook for five more minutes.
