  • 70 g brown sugar Added to
  • 180 g special fine flour Added to
  • 1 ts baking soda Added to
  • 150 g raspberries Added to

Directions

1. Step

Mash the bananas well with a fork. Add egg, sugar, and oil.

2. Step

Mix everything well and add the flour with baking soda.

3. Step

Finally, we mix in raspberries (fresh or frozen). We fill the muffin tin, which we have lined with cups, or we use silicone ones.

4. Step

Bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
