Best home-made chimichurri recipe
This sauce from Argentina and Uruguay is the best addition to grilled and barbecued meats. Its flavour and spices make your beef more delicious.
- 2 spoons Fresh parsley
- 1 garlic
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- to taste Balsamic vinegar or white vinegar
- to taste black pepper
- to taste Olive oil or sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon ground sweet paprika
Chop in small pieces the garlic and the parsley.
In a bowl, add two spoons of the chopped ingredients. Then, add paprika, chilli powder, oregano, pepper, and salt.
Next, add olive oil or sunflower oil covering all the spices. Olive oil has a strong taste than sunflower oil. Then, add a dash of balsamic or white vinegar if you want.
Mix all the ingredients until you obtain the best chimichurri sauce.
