Cheese and Jam Pie
A tip for weekend baking or a pie for the road - a simple sheet pie with dollops of cheese and jam.

- 200 ml milk
- 30 g coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

1. Step 
  Whisk the eggs with sugar. Add milk and melted coconut oil (not warm). Stir and add flour with baking powder. Mix everything well together. Pour the prepared batter into a pan lined with baking paper.
2. Step 
  In a bowl, we mix cottage cheese, egg, golden ear, and honey.
3. Step 
  We place dollops of curd cheese mixture on the dough and then dollops of jam.
4. Step 
  Put this prepared cake into an oven preheated to 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
