Easy Protein Coconut Bliss Balls
I love these coconut protein balls! Makes the perfect high energy snack or pre/post workout fuel.
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- cup full fat coconut milk
- 2 cups shredded coconut unsweetened
- 1⁄3 Cup shredded coconut unsweetened
In a food processor place all ingredients and pulse a few time until combined.
Shape into ¾ inch balls.
Roll in shredded coconut and refrigerate for one hour before serving.
