Easy, quick and tasty pork rashers recipe

- 8 pork rashers
- 80 ml hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the pork in a single layer on a tray and roast for 15 minutes, until it is lightly golden.
Mix the hoisin, soy sauce, honey and sesame oil.
Remove pork from the oven and coat with half the glaze.
Roast, turn and baste the pork with the remaining glaze every 10 minutes for 30 minutes.
Serve with a nice salad and enjoy.
