Fluffiest and delicious pumpink buns
With this recipe, pumpkin buns are very tender, flavourful and fluffy. Autumn is the time for pumpkin dishes, so let's make the perfect buns for breakfast and eat them with hot tea.
- 250 g premium flour
- 1⁄4 g salt
- 4 tablespoon Sahara
- 40 g butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry lemon peel
- 100 g baby pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- Caramelized sugar
Put flour, salt, sugar, melted butter, milk, lemon zest, pumpkin puree and yeast into a bowl.
Knead the dough. Form a ball. Cover and set aside 90 minutes or until the dough grow.
Then, take out the bowl and knead the dough. Divide into 7 parts.
Form each into balls or like a pumpkin. Brush each with melted butter.
Put some baking paper on a baking tray, Place the buns. Bake for 20 minutes at 170° C.
Transfer the buns to a wire rack and cool. Enjoy your meal!
