Fresh Classic Spring Roll Dipping Sauce
A tangy, sweet, and slightly spicy Spring Roll Dipping Sauce that brings out the fresh, exquisite flavors of Vietnamese or Thai spring rolls. Made with simple and readily available ingredients, this sauce is not just perfect for dipping but also adds a flavor boost to any Asian dish.
- 1⁄2 Cup of warm water
- 3 tbls of fish sauce
- 2 tbls of rice vinegar
- 2 tbls of sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of chili flakes
Dissolve the sugar in warm water in a bowl, stirring until completely combined.
Add in the fish sauce and rice vinegar, stirring again until well mixed.
Add the minced garlic and chili flakes into the mixture.
Stir everything well until fully incorporated.
Allow the sauce to rest for a bit for the flavors to meld together. The dipping sauce is now ready to serve!
