- 210 g gluten-free flour
- 50 g bitter cocoa
- 170 g sugar
- 3 egg
- 80 g Seed oil
- cinnamon powder
- 1 sachet baking powder
Whip the eggs with the sugar for 5 minutes.
Add a pinch of salt and the oil. Mix everything.
Mix the flour, yeast and cocoa separately and add them to the mixture with a spoon a little at a time together with the cinnamon. Mix until obtaining a creamy, fairly thick and homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a pan and bake at 180° C for 40 minutes.
Let it cool and enjoy!
