Greek Lamb Meatballs with Feta Cheese

 - 1 lb ground lamb
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon onion
- 1⁄2 spoon oregano
- 1⁄2 spoon parsley
- 1⁄2 spoon salt
- 1⁄2 spoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 spoon thyme
- 1⁄4 spoon rosemary
- 1⁄2 spoon cilantro flakes
- 1⁄4 lb feta

1. Step 
 Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Press the garlic and grate about 2 tbsp of the onion onto the lamb meat. Add all the herbs and spices to the meat as well. Mix with your hands.

2. Step 
 Cut up your cheese into cubes. Form equal balls from the meat, then flatten them into circles. Put one chunk of cheese onto the circle, and seal it inside, forming a ball again. Put the meatballs on a tray lined with parchment paper. Bake till brown and enjoy!
