Homemade fluffy eclair recipe
French eclair is one of the most favourites desserts. Sweet and fluffy, learn how to prepare it following this simple recipe.
- 110 g milk
- 110 g water
- 15 g sugar
- pinch salt
- 135 g self-rising flour
- 4 egg
- 105 g butter
- 200 g butter
- 300 g condensed milk
- 120 g chocolate
- 20 g vegetable oil
Mix the milk, water, sugar, salt and butter. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Add the flour. Then Stir until a crust forms on the bottom of the pan and the dough forms a ball. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
Beat the eggs into the dough.
Form the eclairs with a length of about 12 cm.
Bake at 170°C for 45 minutes without convection. Then let cool for 15 minutes.
Mix the butter and condensed milk for the filling. Then, fill the eclairs.
Heat the chocolate and when it is melted, mix it with the vegetable oil. Then, coat the eclairs.
Leave for 15 minutes in the refrigerator and enjoy!
