- Flank steak
- avocado oil
- balsamic vinegar
- Dried Rosemary
- dried thyme
- coarse salt
- black pepper
Mix the ingredients for marinating the meat in a bowl.
In a Ziploc bag, put the meat and add the mixture. Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
