Meatball Party Bites
Meatball party bites are tasty and a great choice for a fun dinner party or an afternoon gathering. This recipe is for 6 people, can be prepared in just 60 minutes and is guaranteed to be a big hit.
Ingredients
Meatballs
- 500 g minced pork
- 2 pc egg
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Sauce
- 50 g butter
- 50 g flour
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 1 pc Beef bouillon cube

Directions
Preparing the meatballs. Mix the ground meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until everything is well combined. Shape them into meatballs.
Baking meatballs. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, then bake them for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
Preparing the sauce. Melt the butter in a small pan, then add the flour and stir until smooth. Slowly pour in the cream, stirring continuously, and then add the bouillon cube as well. Continue to cook the sauce until it thickens.
The serving. Serve the meatballs with the sauce and fresh vegetables, and enjoy this delicious meal!
