- 1 glass small of instant quinoa
- 5 slices cooked chicken
- 1⁄4 mangoes
- lamb's lettuce
- olive oil
Dice a quarter of the mango.
Prepare a small glass of instant white and red quinoa.
In a bowl, add olive oil, apple cider vinegar and salt. Emulsify.
Add the lamb's lettuce and the slices of cooked or roasted chicken to a plate.
Top with the white and red quinoa. Scatter the mango over the top.
Serve the quinoa salad and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
