Recipe for homemade Enoki mushrooms with tofu

- 200 g Enoki mushrooms
- 10 g spring onion
- 250 g soft tofu
- vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- corn flour
- white pepper
Separate the white and green parts of the enoki mushrooms and remove the roots.
Dry the tofu well and cut it into small pieces.
Fry and set aside.
Fry the garlic and the white part of the green onions. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce.
In a bowl, add a little cornflour and water. Mix until thickened and add to the mixture.
Add the mushrooms and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the tofu and mix well. Then, add the green part of the green onions and fry a little.
Serve hot, accompanied by white rice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
