Tasty and Healthy Cookie Recipe

- 1 egg whites
- 3 tablespoon brown sugar
- 300 gr Wheat flour
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
Separate the yolk from egg white.
Then add and dissolve brown sugar.
Pour the wheat flour and thoroughly mix it until a brown mixture is formed.
Add some melted butter now and again stir it firmly.
You may add Black sesame seeds to the mixture as well.
Cover it and refrigerate for 30 minutes. It will get hard after cooling. So again, mix it thoroughly so that it may be easily shaped.
Now, spread this over a sheet into thin cookies.
Bake it in preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes.
You can garnish your cookies with chocolate as per taste.
