- 150 g salmon
- 50 g mixed salad
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 radish
- Purple onion
- 1 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
- black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Japanese rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1⁄2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Dice the salmon and place it in a bowl.
Add the Japanese soy sauce, mirin, toasted sesame seeds and a little black pepper. Marinate for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Fry the salmon in a pan with a little olive oil and when it is ready, remove it to a plate and leave it to cool completely.
Put Japanese soy sauce, Japanese rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl. Mix well.
Place our mixed salad vegetables, cherry tomatoes, radish, red onion and salmon cubes on a plate. Dress the salad with the sauce and it is ready to eat.
