- 1 kilo of potatoes
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 Cup whipped cream
- 250 g grated cheese
- 3 cloves of ground garlic
- fresh thyme
- salt and pepper
- 1 sliced onion
In a bowl, whisk the cream, milk, garlic, salt and pepper.
Slice the potatoes over the same bowl.
Add fresh thyme, grated cheese and onion.
Mix again and put the mixture in a baking pan.
Cover the baking pan with aluminium foil and bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 65 minutes.
Remove the foil and let it cook for another 15 to 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven when golden brown. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve while hot.
