- soft and tender veal
- tofu soy cheese
- gourmet shiitake mushrooms
- small marinated Japanese Enoki mushrooms
- white wheat noodles
- black wheat noodles
- green onion feathers
- white Shardane wine
- sweet rice wine Mirin

In a frying pan, add the veal slices, Shiitake mushrooms and tofu soy cheese cubes.
Transfer al dente-cooked noodles from the boiling water to the pan.
Prepare a sauce made from sugar and liquid ingredients: wine, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. Then, pour the mixture into the pan. The mixture is simmered until it is ready.
Place tofu slices on a plate with the cooked veal.
Then, transfer the entire contents of the pan to a plate and garnish the tasty mixture with Enoki mushrooms, green onions and a black and white mix of sesame seeds.
Serve and enjoy!
