Apple Carrot Cake
This great healthy apple-carrot cake is full of vitamins and fiber. This cake is a great alternative to traditional sweets.

 - 2 pcs apple
- 2 pcs carrot
- 200 g brown sugar
- 200 g self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 pcs egg
- 50 ml oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Step 
  First, we prepare the ingredients. We peel the apples, clean them, and grate them finely. We prepare the carrot in the same way.
2. Step 
  In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
3. Step 
  In another bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar and oil, then add the grated apples and carrots.
4. Step 
  Then, we gradually add the dry mixture to the egg mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
5. Step 
  Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
6. Step 
  After baking the cake, let it cool and then we can decorate it according to our imagination.
