Aussie Neenish tart recipe

- 200 g self-rising flour
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg
- 60 g sugar
- 60 ml lime juice
- lime zest
- 200 g butter
- 170 g icing sugar
- 1 tin of condensed milk
- 120 g bittersweet chocolate
- 120 g white chocolate
Rub butter and flour together. Make sand crumbs
Mix eggs and sugar
Add the egg mixture to the sand crumbs.
Mix with a butter knife or a plastic scraper. Then knead together with your hands.
Shape the cakes and cover with cling film. Cool and rest for 30 minutes.
Cut the butter into cubes and place in the mixer.
Sieve and add the icing sugar. Add the condensed milk. Add the lime zest and lime juice.
Whip to a nice and smooth filling. Then, place in a bowl and chill for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm and roll the dough with a rolling pin.
Cut to the correct size to fill the baking tin.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
Fill the cake evenly with a spatula and spread the white chocolate on one half of the cake.
Cover the opposite half with dark chocolate. Wait 5 minutes and enjoy.
