- 500 g cottage cheese
 - 200 g whipping cream
 - 4 pcs egg
 - 150 g sugar
 - 1 pcs vanilla sugar
 - 2 tablespoon lemon juice

- 300 g blueberry
 - 100 g sugar
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. Step 
  Prepare a baking sheet and preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
2. Step 
  Crush the biscuits into the bowl and add melted butter. Spread this mixture at the bottom of the baking tray and level it out.

  Filling: mix all the ingredients together and spread the filling on the body.
4. Step 
  Bake the cake in the oven for about 1 hour. Allow the cheesecake to cool down after baking.

  Meanwhile, prepare the blueberry topping. Cook the blueberries with sugar and lemon juice over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Then let it cool down.

  Spread the finished topping on the cooled cheesecake. Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
