A recipe for traditional chicken schnitzel prepared a bit differently.

 - 1 kg chicken breast
 - oil
 - 6 tablespoon special fine flour
 - 3 pcs egg
 - 200 ml milk
 - 2 kl salt

1. Step 
  Prepare a mixture from flour, milk, eggs, and salt.
2. Step 
  We dip slices of meat into the batter.
3. Step 
  Fry the chicken cutlets in a sufficient amount of oil on both sides.
