Chinese cabbage vegetarian recipe: ShouSi BaiCai
This Chinese dish is from Hunan province. It takes just 3 ingredients and 5 minutes of time. Full of flavour and healthy is one of the best cabbage recipes.
- 400 g cabbage
- 7 chilli peppers
- 3 tablespoon black rice vinegar
- 30 ml vegetable oil
Heat the oil in a wok and add the dried cabbage and fry quickly. Slide the cabbage to the side, add a little oil if necessary and fry the peppers quickly so that the colour becomes brighter.
Add the vinegar, and a little salt. Stir for 20-30 seconds.
Serve and enjoy! It's the perfect match to bok choy.
