Crustless Quiche Recipe

- 1 tablespoon mashed garlic
- 1 onion
- 250 g chopped Mushrooms
- 450 gms spinach
- 7 egg
- Salt and black pepper
- mozzarella cheese
- heavy cream
Go and get a saucepan, add 2 tbsp cooking oil, crushed garlic, and one finely chopped onion. Sautee it for almost 1 minute.
Add mushrooms. And cook it for a few seconds.
Let the chopped spinach join them and cook it for a few minutes until it gets wilted.
Now, our spinach mixture is ready.
Add seven cracked eggs in a bowl and beat them.
Next, add 1 tbsp salt and ¾ tbsp black pepper. Mix it well
It’s time to add 1 cup of nicely shredded Mozzarella cheese to it and mix them all.
Also, add 2 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese and mix it nicely.
Now, grab your spinach mixture and add it to the above egg mixture.
Keep stirring till all the ingredients are mixed properly.
Now, add 1/3 cup of heavy cream to the bowl and mix it. Pour this blend into an 8*6-inch bakeware dish.
Let's make a topping of cheese and mushrooms to make it delicious.
Place it in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius and bake it for 20-25 minutes.
Then, cut it into fine slices and serve it.
