Easy and tasty peanut butter cookies recipe

- 1 cup Flour
- tsp baking powder
- tsp bicarbonate of soda
- tsp salt
- 1 Cup peanut butter
- cup butter
- cup white sugar
- cup brown sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
In a bowl, add the flour.
Add the baking powder.
Add the baking soda.
Add the salt.
Mix and set aside.
Put the peanut butter and butter in another bowl.
Add the white sugar.
Add the brown sugar.
Whisk until the ingredients are integrated.
Add the egg and vanilla. Continue whisking.
Add the mixture from the other bowl and whisk until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Spoon the dough into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving about 7 cm between them.
Press the balls lightly with your fingers. Dip a large fork in sugar and press into the dough in the shape of a cross.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C, with top and bottom heat, on the middle rack, for 11 minutes or until you see that the edges are just a little browned.
Remove from the oven and wait 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack.
Leave to cool completely and enjoy!
