1. Step

Mash the banana and mix all the ingredients together. Press the mixture into the bottom of a round 20cm diameter baking tray lined with baking paper. Prick with a fork and put in the oven at 170 degrees for about 5 minutes.

2. Step

Mix all the ingredients and pour it on the base. Bake it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 40 minutes. Then turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in a slightly opened oven.

3. Step
