- 400 g almond nuts
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
Toast the almonds in a hot static oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
Whisk the almonds intermittently.
At first, the almonds will turn into flour and then into a compact mass. They will then release their oil, which will allow the cream to form. This process takes 20 minutes.
Add the vegetable oil and blend, to make it easier to remove from the mixer.
Store the almond butter at room temperature in an airtight jar for up to 4 weeks.
