Juicy and tender Porterhouse steak recipe

- 1⁄3 Cup olive oil
- 3 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ground oregano
- black pepper
- smoked paprika
- 1 head fresh garlic
- Fresh Rosemary
- fresh thyme
Dry the meat thoroughly with paper towels on both sides.
Brush the meat well with olive oil on all sides.
Season with salt, paprika, oregano and ground black pepper.
In a frying pan, heat olive oil and butter.
Place the steak in the pan. Cook for 8 minutes on each side.
Add more butter, garlic, thyme and rosemary. Allow cooking until the meat is infused with the flavours of the ingredients.
Rub garlic and butter on top of the steak.
Remove from heat. Set aside for two minutes.
