1. Step

First you clean and chop the mushrooms. Smother them in onions.

2. Step

Salt and pepper the pork tenderloin and sear it in a frying pan until it is golden brown. Then let the meat rest.

Roll out the puff pastry and place the cheese slices on top.

Place the sliced mushrooms on top of the cheese and add the pork tenderloin on top.
