Recipe for tasty stuffed pork tenderloin with mushrooms, cheese and Orava bacon.

 - 1 kg pork tenderloin
- salt and pepper
- barbecue seasoning
- 2 tablespoon Ointment
- 1 a piece onion
- mushrooms
- 2 a piece cloves of garlic
- Slices of cheese
- Orava bacon

Directions
 60 min.
1. Step 
  Cut the pork tenderloin in the middle, season with salt and pepper.
2. Step 
  Sprinkle it also with barbecue seasoning.
3. Step 
  Saute mushrooms and chopped garlic in lard.
4. Step 
  Fill the pork tenderloin with the mixture.
5. Step 
  Put cheese on top and wrap it in slices of Orava bacon.
6. Step 
  Wrap tightly together in baking paper and foil, so that no juices leak out.
7. Step 
  Place the prepared pork tenderloin on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
8. Step 
  Then unwrap the tenderloin and let it bake for a while.
