Best homemade banana bread recipe
Do you have bananas left at home that are already overlooked and nobody wants them? Simple, healthy and currently very popular banana bread manages to bake at home.
- 100 g brown sugar
- 2 egg
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 article vanilla essence
- 120 g spelled flour
- 130 g wholegrain spelt flour
- 1 member baking soda
- 100 g white yogurt
In a larger bowl, whisk the butter and sugar and gradually add the eggs and honey.
Add mashed bananas, yogurt and vanilla essence or vanilla sugar to the mixture. We mix everything.
In the second bowl, prepare a dry mixture - flour, baking soda, a little salt and cinnamon. The dry mixture mixed in this way is added to the banana mixture.
Finally, we mix chopped pieces of chocolate and fruit, in our case raspberries, but you can also use blueberries, strawberries.
We will prepare a bread pan, which we will line with baking paper. Carefully pour the mixture into the mold and smooth the top.
Bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for about three-quarters of an hour, but it is necessary to monitor or do a test with a stick.
Let the banana bread cool in the mold and only then we turn it over and we can start. Bon appetite!
