- 20 oz cauliflower
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1⁄3 Cup tahini
- 0.125 Cup lemon juice
- 11⁄2 Cup goat cheese
- 1⁄2 Cup sour cream
- 1 Package boursin cheese
- 3⁄4 Cup cream cheese
Chop up cauliflower into bite size pieces.
Add chopped up cauliflower and garlic to a food processor and puree into small pieces.
Add the rest of the ingredients and puree until all chunks are smooth. Season with salt to taste.
