Chicken with pineapple Chinese style
Chicken with pineapple Chinese-style is a special combination of sweet and sour taste that creates a special contrast. It is one of my favourite quick and easy dishes.

Ingredients

 - 500 g chicken meat
- 200 g Cans of pineapple
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 piece onion
- 2 spoons soy sauce
- 2 spoons corn starch
- 1 spoon pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon ground sweet paprika
- Oil for frying
- salt and pepper to taste

1. Step 
  Cut the chicken into pieces. If you marinate it in cornstarch with pineapple juice or salt and pepper before frying, you'll create a crispy layer that adds a whole new dimension to the dish.
2. Step 
  Chop the onion and garlic and fry in oil. Add the chicken pieces and fry until the meat is cooked through.
3. Step 
  Add the pineapple, cut into chunks, to the pan. If you are using canned pineapple, be sure to rinse it well beforehand to remove any preservative solution.
4. Step 
  Add soy sauce, cornstarch, ground paprika and season with salt and pepper to taste.
