Creamy Mushroom Risotto

A recipe for a delicious creamy mushroom risotto, which you can easily prepare for lunch or dinner.

  • 300 g Arborio rice Added to
  • 300 g mushrooms Added to
  • 1 pcs onion Added to
  • 2 pcs garlic Added to
  • Parsley sprigs Added to

  • 2 tablespoon butter Added to
  • 100 ml white wine Added to
  • 1 cube chicken broth Added to
  • 60 g parmesan Added to
  • 1 ts ground black pepper Added to
  • 1 ts salt Added to

1. Step

We melt the butter in a pan, add finely chopped onion and garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes, until the onion starts to change color. Then we add chopped mushrooms and sauté for another 5 minutes.

2. Step

We add rice to the pan and lightly roast it. Then we add white wine and let it evaporate.

3. Step

Add a cube of chicken broth and let the rice cook until the broth is absorbed. Then add more broth and continue cooking until the rice is soft and creamy.

4. Step

When the rice is ready, add grated Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.

5. Step

Sprinkle with Parmesan, parsley and serve.
