- 8 scallops
- olive oil
Chop garlic and parsley into very small pieces, place in a jar and add olive oil. Stir well.
Place the grill on high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
When the griddle is hot, place the scallops on the griddle with the shells upwards for one minute.
Sprinkle a little salt on each one and add a spoonful of the garlic and parsley dressing.
Cook for two minutes or wait until the oil in each scallop starts to bubble.
Serve and enjoy.
