Fried cauliflower in batter
Recipe for delicious fried cauliflower in batter, which is suitable for dinner or as a side dish to the main course.

 - 1 pcs large cauliflower
- 150 g Plain flour
- 2 pcs Eggs
- salt
- spice
- Oil for frying

1. Step 
  First, prepare the cauliflower. Divide it into smaller rosettes and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes.
2. Step 
  Then prepare the dough. In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, salt and pepper.

  Roll each rosette in the pastry.
4. Step 
  Then fry the cauliflower in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
