Homemade tomato sauce recipe

- 2 kg crushed tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 pinch sugar
- Dried oregano or fresh basil
- salt and pepper
- olive oil

In a high casserole or pot, heat a dash of olive oil over a low heat.
